Innovation and entrepreneurship education is an important part of talent training in higher vocational colleges. Having a high-quality teaching staff of innovation and entrepreneurship education is the key to innovation and entrepreneurship education reform in higher vocational colleges, and an important guarantee to enhance students' innovative spirit, entrepreneurial consciousness and innovative and entrepreneurial ability. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the scale and structure of the teaching staff, the quality and ability of the teaching staff, and the current situation of teachers' development and training in higher vocational colleges. Through optimizing the structure and configuration of the teaching staff, strengthening the construction and training of teachers, improving the teaching ability of teachers, and establishing a sound teacher evaluation and incentive mechanism, we aim to improve the construction of the teaching staff of innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges, and promote the innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges continuously and deeply.
