ABSTRACT
This article expounds the important position of hydraulic and pneumatic transmission control technology in modern industry, as well as the challenges faced by the current industry, and points out the great potential of AI (Artificial Intelligence) technology to transform traditional industries in the era of Industry 4.0. In terms of methods, this article analyzes the specific application and effect of AI in hydraulic and pneumatic transmission control technology from three aspects: intelligent monitoring and fault diagnosis, precise control and optimization, energy management and energy saving and emission reduction. The research shows that the integration of AI improves the performance of hydraulic and pneumatic transmission control systems and provides strong support for industrial upgrading. Intelligent monitoring and fault early warning reduce maintenance costs, precise control improves production efficiency, and energy management promotes sustainable development. This study provides a theoretical basis and practical path for the intelligent upgrading of hydraulic and pneumatic transmission control technology, and sets a model for the transformation and upgrading of traditional manufacturing industry.
