ABSTRACT
This paper aims to deeply explore the interactive relationship between China traditional culture and higher education ideas, explore the interactive mechanism between them, and evaluate the actual effect of this interaction on cultural inheritance, innovation of educational ideas and improvement of educational quality. This paper outlines the profound heritage of China's traditional culture and its influence on modern society, as well as the importance and challenges faced by higher education under the background of globalization and localization. Subsequently, the paper expounds the importance of studying this interactive relationship, including the value of promoting cultural inheritance, innovating educational ideas and improving educational quality. There is a close interaction between China's traditional culture and the idea of higher education, which has a positive impact on cultural inheritance, innovation of educational ideas and improvement of educational quality. However, there are also some problems in the process of interaction, such as the difficulty of integrating traditional culture with modern knowledge and the difference of students' acceptance. In view of these, this paper also puts forward relevant policy suggestions, such as optimizing curriculum, strengthening teacher training and promoting cultural exchanges.
