ABSTRACT

This article delves into the "Rule by Non-action" philosophy of Taoism and analyzes its practical application and value in modern life. The article first outlines the core concepts of Taoist philosophy and the "Rule by Non-action" ideology, and then explores in detail the application examples of "Rule by Non-action" in multiple fields such as modern social management, personal life, education, and mental health. The research results show that the "Rule by Non-action" ideology not only provides a new perspective for modern social management, but also shows significant effects in improving personal quality of life, promoting educational innovation, and maintaining mental health. The conclusion of this article is that the ancient philosophical idea of "Rule by Non-action" still has profound practical significance, and it can provide modern people with a new, more harmonious and natural philosophy of life guidance.
