Standardization and Customization of Prefabricated Components in the Detailed Design of Prefabricated Buildings

ABSTRACT

Prefabricated building has become an important way to solve a series of challenges faced by the current construction industry because of its advantages of high efficiency, environmental protection and resource saving. However, in the development of prefabricated building, how to further improve its design efficiency, reduce costs and meet diversified needs has become an important topic of current research. This paper aims to explore the core relationship between standardization and customization of prefabricated components in prefabricated building, and puts forward the methods and strategies to realize the organic combination of them. The status quo, problems and countermeasures of standardization and customization of prefabricated components are deeply analyzed, and the organic combination of standardization and customization of prefabricated components is effectively realized through modular design, parametric production and information management. It not only ensures the quality and performance of prefabricated components, but also meets diversified market demands. This study provides theoretical support and practical guidance for the in-depth design of prefabricated building, which is of great significance for promoting the high-quality development of prefabricated building.
