ABSTRACT

In the era of artificial intelligence, the media academy stands at a new starting point for talent cultivation, with opportunities and challenges coexisting. In order to seize the pulse of this era, media colleges must dare to innovate and embark on a unique path of talent cultivation. The introduction of interdisciplinary education has brought revolutionary changes to the cultivation of media talents. This educational model enables students to have a more comprehensive understanding of the operational mechanisms of the media industry, laying a solid foundation for future career development. The importance of practical teaching is self-evident. Media schools actively cooperate with enterprises to build practical platforms, allowing students to learn and grow through practice. Industry university research cooperation provides students with more opportunities to engage with the forefront of the industry. This cooperation model not only enhances the professional competence of students, but also promotes close cooperation between schools and enterprises. Stimulating students' innovative spirit and entrepreneurial ability has become an important task for media colleges. By organizing innovation and entrepreneurship competitions, setting up entrepreneurial funds, and other means, students are encouraged to dare to try and innovate.
