ABSTRACT

This article mainly explores the clinical nursing effect of holistic nursing intervention, rehabilitation nursing and functional exercise on postoperative patients with bone trauma surgery. In this article, 120 patients with bone trauma in a hospital were randomly divided into test group and general group (60 cases in each group). Patients in the general group were given routine orthopedic nursing intervention after operation, while patients in the test group were given targeted comprehensive rehabilitation exercise on the basis of routine nursing intervention. The experimental results show that the hospitalization time of patients in the test group is shorter and the fracture healing time is shorter; The incidence of adverse reactions was 4.85%, which was significantly lower than that of patients in the general group (21.87%). All the data were significantly different from those of the general group (P<0.05), and the effect of the test group was better. The results show that rehabilitation nursing and functional exercise can shorten the rehabilitation time of patients with bone trauma and improve the effect of functional rehabilitation. And it can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and improve the quality of life of patients. This method has a positive role in promoting the recovery of patients, and it is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
