ABSTRACT

In order to explore the importance of grain and oil inspection in the supervision of grain, oil and food safety, this paper analyzes the role of grain and oil inspection in ensuring people’s health and the overall quality of the food industry in the supervision of grain, oil and food safety by studying the shortcomings of grain and oil inspection, and proposes to strengthen the professional ability of staff, clarify the responsibilities of inspection and supervision according to the shortcomings of grain and oil inspection at this stage and other solutions, so as to promote the inspection of grain and oil to play an important role in the supervision of grain, oil and food safety.
