ABSTRACT

In today's era when society needs diversification and occupations are diversified, talents are the ones who have a sense of social responsibility, can work hard and make a certain contribution to society. Under the conditions of changing times, social progress and market economy, it is a realistic and important task for the majority of health workers to keep pace with the times and promote the digitalization of nursing education, so as to meet people's ever-increasing demand for medical care and the needs of hospital modernization. In the process of basic nursing teaching, reasonable construction of digital resources and efficient application can not only make students' learning process more intuitive and accurate, but also provide targeted guidance according to different students' learning situations, which increases students' learning enthusiasm and initiative. This paper expounds the new situation of nursing work from many aspects, and organically combines nursing education with digitalization to create a high-quality compound nursing staff.
