ABSTRACT

The integrated development of military vocational education and college education was of great significance for cultivating military talents of PAP in the new era. First of all, starting from the goal of the construction of the integrated development system of military vocational education and college education of the armed police force, this paper defines the principles of system construction, that is, adhere to adapt to the new era, focus on new tasks, plan from a high starting point, promote with high quality, grasp all aspects, and implement step by step. Secondly, it puts forward the ideas of system construction, such as establishing a targeted curriculum system, establishing a scientific and efficient teaching method system, improving the teaching evaluation system and quality management process system, in order to provide theoretical support for the research and exploration of a new talent training mode suitable for the transformation of combat effectiveness generation mode.
