ABSTRACT
In recent years, with the rapid development of China's securities market and the fierce competition in the external market environment, equity financing has had an impact on enterprises, and the appropriateness of capital structure has become a decisive factor for enterprises. This paper selects Y Co., Ltd. in the home appliance industry as an example, and through a comprehensive analysis of Y Co., Ltd. identifies the problems existing in the current capital structure of the enterprise, and finally proposes corresponding ways to optimize and upgrade the management of capital.
