ABSTRACT

Based on the unique dual characteristics of platform enterprises, this paper studies the social responsibility performance of enterprises with Company A based on the COVID-19 epidemic as the background. And the importance level model and economic responsibility, legal responsibility, moral responsibility, charity responsibility embedded in the "concentric circle" model for discussion. The study found that even though the COVID-19 epidemic has had a certain impact on the economic development of the world, it also contributes to the economic transformation and the development of the digital economy. In addition, in the process of fighting against the epidemic, platform enterprises can actively fulfill their social responsibilities based on their big data system and cloud computing system, which can actively fulfill their social responsibilities and help in the fight against the epidemic and economic recovery.
