ABSTRACT

Traditional bamboo weave lighting needs to be inherited and developed, and needs to be presented in a new way in the contemporary vision, to do consumer-friendly design, not only to show the beauty of the traditional bamboo weave craft but also to reflect the contemporary design approach, style, and material technology transport. This project starts from lamps, combining lamps and bamboo weaving technology to design. To do innovative lighting design, this bamboo woven lighting design, design style simplicity, more close to the contemporary youth consumer psychological needs is one of its major advantages. In line with the aesthetics of contemporary youth consumer groups. At the same time, the combination of bamboo weaving technology and modern materials is the landing point of this design, the traditional materials and modern materials to produce a collision to achieve the design effect.
