ABSTRACT

This review aims to help readers who are interested in reading and clinical consultation better understand the history, the values and limitations of bibliotherapy. Key words like bibliotherapy, youth and the others were taken on searching engines like Google Scholar and Baidu Scholar for a better selection over topics about the relative literature with visualization analysis. As a result, the review provides a new look at bibliotherapy from the perspectives of cognitive development and clinical treatment of youth psychological problems and disorders. At the end of, future discussions for potential bibliotherapeutic solutions, with an option of adjuvant technology is provided.
