ABSTRACT

In this paper, we develop a carbon sequestration model. The model was applied to Pinus koraiensis, the dominant tree species in Mengjiagang forest, to further explore the influence of forest product life cycle, climate, topography and geographical location, and social and economic factors on carbon storage in the forest ecosystem. In addition, the entropy weight method (EWM) and the coefficient of variation method (CVM) are used to determine the weights of the three aspects of the seven indicators, and use the weights to construct a forest value evaluation model.
