ABSTRACT

In order to compare and analyze the differences in mix design between 3D printed concrete and ordinary concrete, the differences between 3D printed concrete and ordinary concrete are studied in terms of design principles, cementitious materials, aggregates, mineral admixtures, admixtures and fiber materials. Because the 3D printing concrete building is formed by spraying concrete layer by layer through the nozzle of 3D printing equipment, it has certain particularity. It is necessary to select materials on the basis of fully considering the workability, strength, durability and other factors of concrete. In addition, it is also necessary to meet certain green building requirements. Therefore, find out the raw materials such as cementitious materials, aggregates, mineral admixtures, admixtures and fiber materials that meet the requirements of 3D printing concrete, and discuss and analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the materials. Finally, it puts forward some technical innovations and innovative ideas for 3D printed concrete, analyzes and summarizes the problems and limitations faced by 3D printed concrete technology, and puts forward some suggestions to solve the problems.
