ABSTRACT
Longevity has been a topic of fantasies throughout the entire human history and fantasized by people on all spectrums. The concept of life has attracted many towards it. Numerous studies have been done on longevity, but none have a definitive answer on how to achieve longevity, with results ranging wildly from Calorie Restrictions to genetic expression. Environmental aspects such as smoking and PM2.5 also seem to contribute to the case. The current consensus on longevity is that there is no definitive answer to it as recent advancements in the field highlight multiple factors in play, deteriorating or repairing the human body. This review will cover some environmental, behavioral, and genetic aspects of longevity.
