ABSTRACT

Positive psychological capital and emotional regulation play great roles in promoting our life. In this study, I adopted psychological capital questionnaire, emotion regulation ability questionnaire and college female students' psychological capital charts to measure the psychological capital of some female college students, so as to explore the relationship between psychological capital and emotion regulation of female college students. The results indicate that positive psychological capital plays an important role in the emotional regulation of female college students and there is a positive correlation between them.
