ABSTRACT

Career values are an extremely important component of the values system, which is the overall understanding of career evaluation and career choice, and affects the individual's career choice, employment attitude and the overall employment environment of the society. Professional ethics education for students in vocational school is not only the requirement of society, but also the inevitable requirement for the realization of educational goals and students' self-development. Strengthening the education of the four histories of college students can build the main front in the ideological field and enable college students to have the ability to distinguish right from wrong in the complicated ideological and cultural struggle. At present, the problems of lagging professional ethics education system, lack of campus professional ethics atmosphere and single educational subject hinder the development of professional ethics education in vocational school. Based on the significance of Vocational College Students' professional ethics training, this paper discusses the problems existing in vocational college professional ethics education, and integrates the "four histories" education into the ideological and political education of vocational colleges.
