ABSTRACT

The teachers' party branch in universities has the important functions of political guidance, cultivating people by virtue, promoting development and serving teachers and students, and undertakes the key tasks of implementing the Party's educational policy, implementing the fundamental task of cultivating people by virtue and ensuring the development goal of teaching and scientific research management. Schools need to comprehensively start from ideological understanding, system construction, working methods, professional classrooms and other aspects to promote the deep integration of party building and business in practical work. Under the new situation and requirements of comprehensively and strictly administering the party, we should fully realize the importance and urgency of further strengthening the party branch construction of university teachers and improving the scientific level of party building. Only when the grass-roots party organizations are well built, well led and well played, can the development of the college break the bottleneck and achieve a breakthrough. This paper mainly explores how the teachers' party branch in universities integrates party building with business.
