ABSTRACT

As the basis of modern investment theory, the Markowitz model can still play a vital role in the investment scheme of modern investors. When the influencing factors of modern stock market are becoming more and more complex, by clarifying the mathematical construction of variables by the Markowitz model, as well as the establishment of investment scheme and return prediction under different circumstances. It clearly tests that the Markowitz model has the practicability of investment suggestions for contemporary investors.
