ABSTRACT

In the new era, emergency management is a brand-new and pioneering undertaking. Its development is still facing a severe and complex situation, and emergency management bears more responsibilities and challenges, we must continue to translate General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important discourse on emergency management into vivid practice, build a new security pattern guided by the overall national security concept, and enhance the vitality of emergency management through innovation, strengthening international exchanges and cooperation in emergency management.
