ABSTRACT

With the development of mobile Internet and cloud computing technology, big data has been widely used in the business field. In the application of big data technology in commercial activities, the phenomenon of big data killing damages the rights and interests of consumers and violates business ethics. From the perspective of economics, this paper analyzes the logic behind the phenomenon of big data ripening, discusses its operation mechanism and methods, and discusses how to protect the rights and interests of consumers and the laws and regulations that limit the occurrence of big data ripening. Finally, this paper puts forward a vision and opinion on the future.
