The purpose of the present paper is to analyze the development process of P&G in China using PEST analysis, SWOT analysis, financial analysis and prospect analysis. The paper will first conduct strategy analysis to evaluate P&G’s internal environment and external business environment, and use data analysis to compare economic indicators such as GDP, GDP per capita, consumption expenditure and CPI between China and the United States. Following this, the revenue, cost and profit data of the past five years will be used to analyze P&G’s business in China from 2016 to 2020.
