ABSTRACT

Communal law services are derived from the basis and political ethical requirements of a government for its citizens' unshirkable and unalterable responsibilities in legal obligations and political morality. Based on the government's public service functions, they are provided by the government as a whole, reflect the attribute of equalization of basic public resource allocation and social public welfare, and aim to protect the basic rights of citizens, It is a general basic law service necessary to safeguard citizens' legitimate rights and interests and realize social fairness and justice. Accurately grasp the new requirements and expectations of the people in the new era, adhere to the people-centered development thought, and take the fundamental interests of the people as the starting point and foothold, so as to make the people have a more realistic and richer sense of access, happiness and security in the field of communal law services. By combing the communal law service system, this paper expounds the importance of the communal law service system in the construction and promotion, makes relevant reflections on the current situation and problems of the construction of the communal law service system, and then talks about some superficial views on the relevant problems.
