ABSTRACT

With the continuous development of China's society and economy, more and more foreign cultures are pouring in, and the cultures of different countries and nationalities are constantly merging and exchanging, which has created cultural diversity and richness. According to the requirements of modern society for education, the cultivation of compound talents has been gradually integrated into the daily education of colleges and universities, and the position of team building of compound talents in society has gradually become prominent. To better plan the team building of compound talents, it is necessary for all colleges and universities to pay attention to students' comprehensive quality in talent training, and turn all-round development of morality, intelligence, physique, beauty and labor into daily teaching content. At present, China's cultural development gradually tends to a diversified development model, and this change urges music education in colleges and universities to improve to a diversified curriculum model. China itself is a multi-ethnic country, and the music culture of each ethnic group has its own characteristics. The single traditional music teaching mode in the past is no longer suitable for today's education development mode, and the diversified music education mode needs to be better promoted in college teaching. This paper analyzes and discusses the role of multicultural music education in talent training in colleges and universities.
