ABSTRACT

In the context of the normalization of the COVID-19 outbreak, the demand for nucleic acid testing has surged. In response, the Chinese government has introduced a series of measures to ensure the availability of nucleic acid testing services. This study analyzed the satisfaction status of the public with nucleic acid testing services in Guangzhou, China. The survey results showed that the level of support for nucleic acid testing is high, but there is a gap between different nucleic acid testing services. Based on this, this study proposes to strengthen the publicity of nucleic acid testing, establish uniform standards for nucleic acid testing services, and integrate epidemic prevention and control applets.
