ABSTRACT
This article selecting Hualu Baina as the case company, analyzes its reform process and motivations from the perspectives of short-term financial performance and comprehensive financial performance, and analyzes the changes in its financial performance before and after the mixed ownership reform. In general, After the mixed ownership reform of Hualu Baina, it became a private-owned holding company, and its financial performance has been improved to a certain extent. Finally, some suggestions were made.
