ABSTRACT

Traditional construction equipment usually needs to spend a lot of time and money to repair and maintain. According to statistics, the cost consumption of operation and maintenance in the later period reaches 75%, which belongs to the consumption of non value-added work, and with the increase of the number of intelligent building equipment, this consumption is also gradually increasing. Therefore, it is particularly important to build the equipment management system based on BIM and RFID technology for the daily maintenance management of intelligent building equipment.
