ABSTRACT

With the prosperity of Internet services, the content of online reviews is also growing. As an important part of online word of mouth, how to efficiently and automatically select from the mass comments can help potential consumers to buy the desired products / services have become an ur -gent problem to be solved. This paper focuses on the research of domestic and foreign scholars in the field of usefulness (quality) of online reviews, and briefly introduces the common research methods and factors.
