ABSTRACT

In our country, education is an industry that is highly valued. In the education industry, teachers are very important roles. It is very important to ensure the quality of the teaching staff to fundamentally improve teaching quality. Nowadays, private colleges and universities are getting better and better, to strengthen the quality management and construction of the teaching staff, improve the personnel development system, promote the development of competition between talents, and promote the development of the teaching staff in a more rationalized direction.
