ABSTRACT

with the social development and the rapid development of modern civilization, college students are increasingly concerned about their own health and the comprehensive development of their own qualities. They tend to choose fun, fitness and practicality when they participate in physical education classes or in after-school exercises. And sports with lower technical requirements. Aiming at the current situation of the subject awareness of various sports needs of college students, in accordance with the requirements of the “national physical education teaching guidelines for general colleges,” most colleges now have physical education options correspondingly. The purpose of writing this article is to analyze the influencing factors of the campus sports cultural environment on the subject awareness of sports demand of college students; investigate the current status of the campus sports cultural environment and the status quo of college students 'sports demand subject consciousness; initially build a system of college students' sports demand subject awareness; cultivate and improve the awareness of college students' participation in physical education and extracurricular sports activities, change the situation that causes physical education or participation in extracurricular sports activities to be gradually neglected due to some factors; put forward effective measures to cultivate and improve the awareness of the physical needs of college students; and the sound development of physical education courses in colleges provides a certain reference.
