ABSTRACT
the construction of practical teaching mode is an important measure to improve the quality of teaching in Chinese universities. Law is a highly practical and applied discipline. Colleges and universities should take the training of outstanding applied legal talents as the training goal of undergraduate law majors, construct and practice a collaborative, pluralistic, and open legal practice teaching model for colleges and universities to solve traditional problems existing in the practical teaching of law.
