ABSTRACT
There are certain problems in the performance management system of Application-Oriented College, which is not conducive to the construction and training of “double-qualified”teachers. This article started with the current situation of performance management of Application-Oriented College, analyzed the existing problems in depth, and established a performance evaluation index system for “double-qualified” teachers under the guidance of MBO management thought, and analyzed the matching human resource management supporting system.
