ABSTRACT

With the rapid change of social development in our country, the teaching management of colleges and universities in our country also needs to comply with the requirements of the new situation in order to adapt to the pace of social development. The core function of colleges and universities is to train the talents needed by the society. Scientific and reasonable teaching management is an important guarantee for talent training. In the process of the reform, we need to analyze the problems and obstacles faced by the teaching reform, promote the development of the reform with the modern college education concept, put forward scientific solutions, ensure the smooth progress of the teaching reform, improve the efficiency of the reform, and promote the healthy and sustainable development of the college education.
