ABSTRACT

The traditional teaching management means in colleges and universities can not meet the needs of campus management at present. The total quality management system is applied to the teaching management of colleges and universities, which lays a good foundation for building a harmonious campus environment. This paper studies the application of total quality management in the teaching management of colleges and universities, analyzes its application purpose and existing problems, and sums up five application opinions: establishing service consciousness, strengthening quality construction, creating cultural atmosphere, improving professional quality and improving evaluation work, hoping that this paper can provide effective help for the teaching management workers of colleges and universities.
