ABSTRACT

As an important part of higher education in China, local colleges and universities play an important role in promoting the development of higher education and cultivating talents in higher education. In recent years, complete credit reform is an important measure of educational reform in local colleges and universities, and its present situation and future reform trend have a great impact on the development of higher education and talent strategy in China.
