ABSTRACT
As a typical service industry, the service of hotel is not only for customers, but also for employees. Only by serving good employees, employees will provide good services, and only satisfied employees can bring satisfactory customers. As an old state-owned hotel, Huangpu Hotel has never been fully renovated since its opening in 2003.
