ABSTRACT

This article explores the management concepts and methods of modern enterprises in order to explore ways to improve their economic benefits. By analyzing the ideas for improving economic management in modern enterprise management, strategies for improving enterprise economic efficiency are proposed from multiple perspectives such as performance optimization, internal discounting, and extended payment. The aim is to promote the improvement of enterprise management level and provide some reference for the business community.
