ABSTRACT

The increasing development of artificial intelligence technology has made the work that today's computers can do so incredibly complex that even the designers and makers of "artificial intelligence" themselves are forced to think about it. Since the emergence of AI creations, the issue of property rights has been an emerging topic that has had an impact on the current law. This article analyzes whether artificial intelligence can be the subject of copyright from the perspective of international law.
