ABSTRACT

Private equity investment funds, as an important investment tool, have been widely used around the world. They provide investors with diversified investment opportunities to help enterprises to finance and achieve growth. The leverage operation of private equity funds, asset allocation strategy and market liquidity risk and other factors may lead to the increase of systemic financial risks. However, as a diversified investment tool, private equity funds can also alleviate systemic risks to a certain extent.
