This paper takes green buildings as the research object, and evaluates the comprehensive benefits of green buildings. Firstly, from the perspective of system, its green building evaluation system is divided into three aspects, including economic benefits, environmental benefits and social benefits. Then, the principal component analysis (PCA) is used to analyze the survey results, and 20 representative and important influencing factors are selected. Finally, the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is used to determine the index weight, and the comprehensive benefit evaluation model of green building based on AHP-matter-element extension model is established. The practice shows that the green building evaluation model built in this paper is beneficial to the design and optimization of green building energy-saving technical scheme, enriches the research content of green building benefits, and further reflects the advantages and feasibility of green building performance.
