ABSTRACT

In order to better evaluate the development of the higher education system, this article analyzes and establishes a model. First of all, according to the collected data and the current higher education system of various countries, a perfect evaluation index system of higher education development health level is established, which is divided into five levels. Then the AHP-NBM-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation (ANFCE) model is established, which consists of three parts. In order to verify the accuracy of the model, this article uses seven countries for evaluation.
