ABSTRACT

This study empirically analyzed the impact mechanism of knowledge-based organizational design on enterprise innovation performance by randomly distributing 176 questionnaires to middle and senior managers in enterprises. The results show that knowledge-based organizational design is a predictor of enterprise innovation performance and can improve it. Knowledge reward and big data utilization play a mediating role in the relationship between knowledge-based organizational design and enterprise innovation performance respectively. Additionally, knowledge-based organizational design can improve enterprise innovation performance through the implementation of knowledge reward and big data utilization.
