Industrial transfer is a unique industrial development model in the development of regional economic integration and an inevitable result of economic laws. Based on the theory of industrial transfer, this paper makes a comparative analysis of China's industrial transfer to the central and western regions and ASEAN countries. Firstly, it analyzes the current situation of China's industrial transfer to the central and western regions and ASEAN countries, and then makes a comparative analysis of the factors driving the transfer from the aspects of transfer cost, policy, financing environment and international environment. Finally, it puts forward some policy suggestions from the perspective of low-end industries and high-end industries.
