ABSTRACT

To promote the high-quality development of public hospitals and mobilize the enthusiasm of the medical staff, this paper, by reviewing a large amount of literature and relevant documents, constructs a public hospital salary performance evaluation index system, and uses the hierarchical analysis method (AHP) and entropy weighting method to determine the weighting of the indexes to provide a reference for public hospitals to formulate strategies to improve the effectiveness of the salary performance system, to enhance the motivation of medical staff in a targeted manner.
