This paper uses the theory of total quality management to explore the current situation of medical service quality in public hospitals. Based on the experience of discharged patients in a public hospital, it analyzes the main problems existing in the current medical service quality management in public hospitals, discusses the key factors of medical service quality that affect the experience of patients, and puts forward targeted improvement measures and Optimization Countermeasures for hospital service quality management, In order to provide theoretical basis for improving the service quality of public hospitals and the overall health level of society.
