ABSTRACT

Humanistic management is to start from the origin of human beings, study management problems, and rebuild the management system and rules from the height of respecting human nature and putting the human standard right. This is the key for enterprises to adapt to the new changes in management, meet the challenges of the 21st century, and maintain long-term competitive advantage. This paper is about the research of humanistic management thought in practice. The main purpose of its research is to give corresponding combing and suggestions at the application level of humanistic management thought and help enterprise managers effectively implement humanistic management.
