This paper takes CQ company as a case for analysis. Based on the theoretical knowledge of compensation, this paper analyzes and studies the current situation of compensation management in CQ company, deeply excavates its fundamental problems, and puts forward targeted and effective countermeasures. Through this research, we hope to help the company attract and retain talent, motivate employees, improve employees' salary satisfaction and work enthusiasm, improve the salary management level of CQ company, alleviate the brain drain problem, and provide talent guarantee for CQ company to achieve its strategic objectives.
