ABSTRACT

Private equity financing has become an important means of financing for modern enterprises, which is conducive to the maturity and growth of enterprises and promotes industrial development. However, due to the relatively late development of the securities market and the imperfect management and supervision systems, the related risks brought by this financing method deserve the high attention of enterprises. This article sorts out the risks in the private equity financing process and proposes corresponding solutions.
